Thank You To My Clients

Recently, a client asked me a question:
“Isn’t it exhausting to spend every day with people who are going through intensely stressful life circumstances?”
For the first time in my life, when asked something like this about my work, the answer came easily and clearly:
No. Never.
There was no qualifier—no “sometimes,” “maybe,” or “it depends.” The truth is clear to me: the work I do helps people connect to their hearts. I have no doubt that my clients are healing themselves with my support, and that they’re making changes in their lives—large and small—that move them toward greater freedom and love.
How could I not leave each session energized?
I am in awe of my clients—jaw-on-the-floor inspired by each unique journey. By the way each person engages with the process in their own way. By how you bring your wisdom to the table and continue to show up, even when the threshold ahead feels daunting.
Seeing you come closer to your heart in each session—closer to your knowing, clarity, creativity, and motivation—ignites me.
Yes, the process takes time. Lifetimes of trauma don’t always shift overnight. But what moves me most is watching even the most deeply rooted patterns soften, session by session (and sometimes miraculously fast!).
So thank you—to those of you who show up for this work of radical self-liberation, with me or in your own way. Choosing to release, which is what this work is truly about, is courageous. In a culture focused on accumulation, learning to let go—again and again—can feel almost counterintuitive.
We never know what domino effect might unfold when we free ourselves from old traumas, stories, and beliefs. We do it anyway. It takes faith in a path whose shape we cannot yet see—and for that boldness of spirit, I salute you.
To each of you who has reached into the dark to release long-held burdens, who bravely examines and redefines your beliefs—you are my inspiration. I bow to you.
You restore my faith in humanity. Even as the chaos of the outer world shows no sign of slowing, you keep marching forward.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for showing me which way is North. ~Ariel
